Terms of service

These terms cover Gingkoh’s website, artist tools, public convention pages, and booth passes. By using Gingkoh, you agree to these terms. Updated October 18, 2026.

Your account

You must be able to enter into these terms and have permission to act for any business or organization you represent. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. Only access accounts, workspaces, and shared booths you are authorized to use. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Use Gingkoh responsibly

Do not use Gingkoh for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of someone else’s rights. Do not upload malicious files, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or try to obtain another person’s private records. You are responsible for the products and information you add and for following applicable laws and event rules.

Your work stays yours

You retain ownership of your artwork, product images, and other content. You give Gingkoh permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, following your publishing and sharing choices. Only add content you own or have permission to use. Gingkoh’s branding and software remain the property of their respective owners.

Public pages and shared booths

Information you publish, including your artist profile, catalog, booth details, and booth pass links, can be viewed by others. Shared booth records are available to current booth members. Use customer details only to manage the relevant order. Public listings, maps, prices, and reported stock may change; confirm important details with the artist or event organizer.

Sales and preorders

Gingkoh provides tools to record sales and, where available, arrange booth preorders. The seller is responsible for their products, descriptions, prices, taxes, fulfillment, and handling cancellations and refunds under applicable law. Review the order and pickup details before placing a preorder. Where card payments are enabled, Stripe processes them and its applicable terms also apply. Recording a sale in Gingkoh does not itself collect a payment. Contact the seller about an order or us about a problem with the service. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Offline records and backups

A record saved on your device is separate from a completed cloud sync. Keep exports of important records and allow pending changes to sync before clearing browser data, changing devices, or removing the app. You are responsible for checking your inventory, sales, and reports; Gingkoh does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Service availability

We work to keep Gingkoh useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free records. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, and Gingkoh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using Gingkoh at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Export records you need before closing your account. We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the revised terms here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect. Continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Gingkoh handles your information. For questions about these terms or to report a problem, email support@gingkoh.com.
