Your little corner.
Your choice to share.
How Gingkoh handles public convention pages, artist accounts, and the digital booth pass. Updated October 11, 2026.
Browsing public pages
You can browse public convention pages and artist catalogs without creating an account. These pages show the artist profile, products, prices, booth details, and availability that the artist chooses to publish. Private costs, sales records, and unpublished inventory are not part of the public catalog.
Artist accounts and inventory
When you create an account, Gingkoh stores your account information and records you save to your workspace. Signing in uses a session cookie. Local inventory and offline changes are also kept in your browser so you can continue working without a connection. A local save is separate from a completed cloud sync.
Booth passes saved in your browser
Your artist name and selected colorway are saved in this browser’s local storage when you save your pass. Creating a pass sends no inventory, sales records, email address, or account registration to Gingkoh. You can remove the pass by clearing this site’s browser data. Export your inventory and allow outstanding changes to sync before clearing browser data that you still need.
Shared in the link
A booth pass share link includes the artist name and colorway in its URL. Anyone with the link can see them. Use a public artist name you’re comfortable sharing. Downloaded passes are generated in your browser.
Website delivery
Cloudflare receives the network information needed to deliver the website, including your IP address and requested URL. Gingkoh’s public pages and booth pass use no advertising trackers or optional tracking cookies.
Existing store services
Older store and editor links continue to reach the separate store platform. Its account and cart cookies follow the store platform’s privacy page. They are separate from your Gingkoh inventory workspace and booth pass.
